Heartfelt Thanks Note Cards!

Hello crafters! Today I have two card designs to share with you featuring the Spellbinders “Heartfelt Thanks and Scallops” die set. This is a great set with lots of metal plates to cut out hearts and scallop frames in many different sizes as well as the sentiment “Thanks” and a shadow for this word.

These note cards are side folding and measure approximately 5 ½” x  4 ¼”. To cut out a scallop shaped card base, I ran a folded A2 size note card through my die cut machine with the largest scallop frame offset just a little bit on the folder side, so I would end up with two connected pieces that I could use as a card base.  I also used the second largest scallop frame plate to cut out white panels to adhere inside these  note cards to make them feel heavyweight and stand nicely on display!

For the blue note card I used Spellbinders cardstock in the colors Partly Cloudy and Indigo. For the Peach color note card I used Spellbinders cardstock in the colors Peach Sorbet and Barely Peach. To cut out the sentiment I used the Spellbinders gorgeous Mirror gold cardstock! 

As a final touch, I added a few flat back golden beads and a die cut heart inside each note card and on the flat of each envelope as well! At the end of this post there is a list of all supplies used to make these note cards. Thank you for visiting my blog today and happy crafting!
