Enjoy Your New Chapter

Hello crafters! Today I have an adorable card design to share with you featuring the Spellbinders March 2024 Small die of the month! I began by cutting all of the needed pieces using cardstock scraps. 

To assemble these pieces to create an owl and a stack of books I used strong liquid adhesive and a pair of self lock tweezers and a wax pencil to pick up these tiny die cuts. 

This note card is A2 size top folding and I used the Spellbinders March 2024 Embossing folder of the month to add some texture to the background. I placed the note card folded inside the embossing folder so I could add thesaurus to both sides of the note cards. Then I added white planes inside so I could have a smooth plate to write a personal message later. 

I used strong liquid adhesive to adhere the stack of books to the note card,  and I used pieces of foam adhesive to adhere the owl to the note card in order to give it some dimension

To create  the sentiment “Enjoy Your New Chapter” I used the Spellbinders March 2024 Glimmer Kit of The Month. I used a piece of golden foil to  hot foil the sentiment and I used the coordinating die plate to cut it into a strip. I also used foam adhesive to adhere the sentiment strip to the note card to make it stand out more.

 As a final touch I adhered pink star sequins here and there!  At the end of this post there is a list of all supplies used to make these cards. Thank you so much for visiting today and happy crafting!
