Easter Note Cards

Hello crafters! Today I have two card designs to share with you featuring the Spellbinders “Easter Bunnies” stamp and die set by Simon Hurley! This is a large set with many adorable easter bunny images and great sentiments!

Both of these notecards are top folding and measure 4 ¼” tall by 5 ½” wide. To add texture to the front panel of the “Bunny Hugs and Easter Wishes” note card, I used the Spellbinders January 2024 Embossing Folder of the Month. To stamp these images and the sentiment, I used a black pigment ink, and then I heat embossed it with holographic embossing powder. 

To color these bunnies, I used Copic markers and I die cut each image with the coordinating die plate. To add some sparkle, I went over the stamped flowers and butterflies with a shimmer pen. I also added holographic flower sequins  here and there, and silver flat back beads in the center of each sequin flower! To decorate the flap of the envelope for this note card, I created a wax seal with the Spellbinders “Timeless Blooms” wax seal stamp.

For the “I hope your day is eggs-traordinary!” note card, I added texture to the front panel by dry embossing it with the Spellbinders “Flowers & Foliage” 3D embossing folder. I stamped the sentiment with black pigment ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. Then, I stamped each easter egg with a watermark pad and heat embossed it with gold embossing powder. To color each easter egg, I used Copic markers,  and I used foam adhesive to adhere each egg to the front panel. To create a matching envelope, I dry embossed the flap of a white envelope with that same “Flowers & Foliage” 3D embossing folder.
