Creating Fun Note Cards

With Spellbinders Out And About Collection

Hello crafters! Today I have lots of card examples featuring new sets from Spellbinders “Out And About Collection! This collection is filled with great die sets that we can use to create note cards for many different occasions! I have listed all products from this collection in the supply list below!

All of these note cards measure 5 ½” x 4 ¼” and can go inside A2 size envelopes! I cut out all of the needed pieces at once using cardstock scraps. To hot foil the sentiments in English, I used hot foil plates by Spellbinders. And, to create the sentiment in Portuguese, I typed and printed it with a laser jet so I could hot foil some of them  with my laminator and Deco foil!

To decorate the front panel as well as to create a matching envelope for most of these note cards, I used Bayfair patterned paper by Rosie’s Studio, and die plates included in the Stampendous “A2 Gift Card Holder And Envelope” die set.

To add dimension to the main character on each note card, I either stacked a few die cut pieces or added foam adhesive in the back. To make the eyes for die cut dogs and birds glossy,  I used Nuvo drops! To make it extra special I added flat back beads in the center of each die cut flower, and I used a shimmer pen to add some sparkle here and there!
